Overview
The 139th Canton Fair Spring Edition runs 15 April — 5 May 2026 at the China Import & Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou (Yuejiang Middle Road 382, Haizhu District). The fair is split into three 5-day phases, open daily 09:30 — 18:00. It is one of the most established one-stop sourcing platforms in China.
BALKAN CHINA wraps pre-show preparation, on-site interpretation, supplier screening and post-show factory follow-through into a single 8-day sourcing-visit package. Choose the phase that matches your sourcing categories; we can also chain factory visits in the Pearl River Delta after the fair.

8-Day Itinerary (Phase 1 example)
Phase 2 and Phase 3 follow the same daily structure, only with different show themes and dates. Below is Phase 1 as the template:
D1 · 14 April (Origin → Guangzhou): Arrival in Guangzhou, airport pickup, hotel check-in, rest and adjust to the time zone before show floor days begin.
D2 · 15 April (Opening / Electronics & Home Appliances): After breakfast, full day at the show. Focus on electronics, consumer electronics and IT products.
D3 · 16 April (Industrial Manufacturing & Smart Equipment): Continued on-floor sourcing and supplier conversations. Industrial automation, smart manufacturing, machinery and power equipment.
D4 · 17 April (Vehicles & Two-Wheelers): Full day on-floor. Auto parts, NEVs, motorcycles and bicycles — well-suited to channel sourcing for Balkan / Middle-East markets.
D5 · 18 April (Lighting / Hardware & Tools): Lighting, electrical, new energy and hardware/tools — narrowing down the supplier shortlist.
D6 · 19 April (Closing day / supplier follow-up): Last day of the show. Re-visits, sample confirmation, price discussion, business-card consolidation.
D7 · 20 April (Guangzhou city): Hotel check-out after breakfast. Yongqingfang historic district, Bruce Lee's ancestral house, lunch at Huacheng Square, then airport transfer.
D8 · 21 April (Guangzhou → Origin): Arrival in your home city, end of the Canton Fair sourcing visit.
Phase 2: D1 22 April → D8 29 April. Phase 3: D1 30 April → D8 7 May. Phases can be booked individually or chained (please ask for a multi-phase quote).

Cancellation Policy
- 30+ days before departure: full refund
- 29 — 15 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
- 14 days or less before departure: no refund
- If your Chinese visa is denied, refund applies after deducting actual costs already incurred (non-refundable flight / hotel components settled at actual loss)
- International flights and visa fees, once paid, are non-refundable per airline / consulate rules
Important Notes
- Trip operates only when the minimum group size is reached (default 2 travellers)
- Passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond trip end date
- Itinerary may adjust due to fair-day venue, traffic or weather conditions
- Final departure details (flight / hotel / pickup time) are confirmed 7 days before departure
- The trip is fully customisable as private tour / family group / multi-phase chain (e.g. attend 2 phases consecutively, or all 3 phases over 21 days)
- We recommend starting preparation 4-6 weeks ahead (visa, hotel inventory, target-supplier outreach)
