Dates: 24–27 November 2026 (biennial; held every two years), Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Plan on starting pre-show preparation 4–6 weeks ahead, depending on your sourcing categories.

Cancellation & changes: service-fee portion — full refund if cancelled 30+ days before departure; 50% charge 29–15 days; non-refundable within 14 days. If your China visa is refused, refund minus actual costs already incurred (e.g. paid hotel / interpreter deposits). International flights and visa fees are settled per airline / consulate rules.
Heads-up: bauma CHINA is biennial — the next edition after 2026 is 2028; we recommend starting pre-show preparation 4–6 weeks ahead; the on-site programme may be fine-tuned based on hall openings, traffic or weather.
