Fair overview
The 139th Canton Fair (Spring) runs 15 April – 5 May 2026 at the China Import and Export Fair Complex, Guangzhou (382 Yuejiang Middle Road, Haizhu District), in three phases of 5 days each, with official trading hours 09:30–18:00. It is one of China's most established one-stop multi-category sourcing platforms.
BALKAN CHINA wraps pre-show preparation, on-site interpretation, supplier shortlisting and post-show factory follow-up into an 8-day end-to-end sourcing trip — you choose the one phase (out of three) that best matches your sourcing categories. Phase 1 · 15–19 April (industry / electronics / vehicles)

Phase 2 · 23–27 April (home / gifts / building materials)

- Gifts & decor: glass crafts, home decor, garden, festive products, gifts and premiums, watches and eyewear, art ceramics, woven and wrought-iron crafts
- Building materials & furniture: building decoration materials, sanitary equipment, furniture, stone and ironwork decor, outdoor and spa
Phase 3 · 1–5 May (consumer goods / apparel / health)
- Toys & baby: toys, baby and maternity products, children's wear
- Fashion: men's and women's wear, underwear, sportswear and casual wear, leather and down, accessories, fabrics, footwear, bags and luggage
- Home textiles: home textiles, carpets and tapestries
- Stationery: office supplies
- Health & lifestyle: pharmaceuticals and health products, medical devices, food, sports and travel goods, personal care, bath products, pet products
8-day itinerary template (Phase 1 example)
Phases 2 and 3 follow the same rhythm; only the themed halls and dates change. Phase 1 shown below as an example:
D1 · 14 Apr (origin → Guangzhou). Guests arrive in Guangzhou; private transfer from the airport, hotel check-in and rest to adjust for jet lag before the show floor opens.
D2 · 15 Apr (opening day / electronics & appliances). After breakfast, transfer to the fair complex for a full day of meetings; focus on the electronics, consumer electronics and IT halls.
D3 · 16 Apr (industrial / smart equipment). Continue on the show floor with target suppliers, around industrial automation, smart manufacturing, machinery and power equipment.
D4 · 17 Apr (vehicles & two-wheelers). Full day of meetings focused on auto parts, new-energy vehicles, motorcycles and bicycles — categories that fit Balkan / Middle East distribution well.
D5 · 18 Apr (lighting / hardware & tools). Continue with lighting, electrical, new-energy and hardware halls; further filtering of preferred suppliers.
D6 · 19 Apr (closing day / follow-up). Final day on the show floor: priority follow-ups, sample confirmation, price discussions and business-card consolidation.
D7 · 20 Apr (Guangzhou half-day). Check out after breakfast; Yongqingfang (Lingnan qilou street), Bruce Lee's ancestral home, lunch at Huacheng Square, then airport transfer.
D8 · 21 Apr (Guangzhou → origin). Flight home; end of the Canton Fair sourcing trip.
Phase 2: D1 22 Apr → D8 29 Apr. Phase 3: D1 30 Apr → D8 7 May. Each phase can be booked independently; multiple phases can be chained back-to-back (please contact us for a custom plan).

- Guangzhou 5-star hotel · 6 nights (twin sharing; single supplement extra), RMB 700 / night × 6 = RMB 4,200
- Business vehicle · 6 working days (airport transfers + daily hotel ↔ fair + city visits), RMB 900 / day × 6 = RMB 5,400

Excluded / pay-yourself:
- International flights (Belgrade ↔ Guangzhou economy round trip is roughly €1,000–1,500, depending on airline; or guests can book their own)
- China visa fee (except for nationals of countries with the 90-day visa-free policy)
- Personal spending, inter-city extensions (PRD factory visits available as a paid add-on by the day), hotel upgrades, insurance, gratuities
- Trade-fair entry badge (overseas buyers can register for free on-site at the complex)
Indicative all-in estimate (with international flights): €2,400 – 2,900 / person; final pricing depends on the actual flights, hotels and group size you choose.
Cancellation policy
- Cancel 30+ days before departure: full refund
- Cancel 29–15 days before departure: 50% charge
- Cancel within 14 days of departure: non-refundable
- If your China visa is refused, refund minus actual costs already incurred (non-refundable air tickets, hotels, etc. are settled at actual loss) on production of official documentation
- International flights and visa fees are non-refundable once paid (per airline / consulate rules)
Important notes
- The trip requires a minimum group size to depart (default 2 guests)
- Passport validity must extend at least 6 months beyond the end of the trip
- The itinerary may be fine-tuned on the day based on hall openings, traffic or weather
- Final departure information (flights / hotel / pickup time) is confirmed 7 days before departure
- This trip can be tailored as a private group / family group / multi-phase chain (e.g. two consecutive phases, or all three phases over 21 days)
- We recommend starting pre-show preparation 4–6 weeks ahead (visa application, hotel block-booking, target-supplier research)
