Cancellation & changes: service-fee portion — full refund if cancelled 30+ days before departure; 50% charge 29–15 days; non-refundable within 14 days. If your China visa is refused, refund minus actual costs already incurred (e.g. paid hotel / interpreter deposits). International flights and visa fees are settled per airline / consulate rules.
Heads-up: we recommend starting pre-show preparation 4–6 weeks ahead (visa, hotels, target-supplier appointments); the on-site programme may be fine-tuned based on hall openings, traffic or weather; the final visit list depends on confirmed appointments.
